And the house itself will not disappoint: furnished to the highest level, this spacious 3 bed spread over four floors is on a quiet side street, a moment's walk from Pimlico tube station. This place is good for couples, families, and business travellers.

Come and relax in the heart of London in this beautiful homely and tastefully decorated house. The house boasts a delightful roof terrace overlooking a classic Pimlico skyline.
The house is well located for anyone wanting to explore central London with Pimlico Underground Station (Victoria Line) less than a 5 minute walk away. And Victoria Overground station is just over 10 minutes away!
Living & Eating
The living/dining room is furnished to a very high standard. It has been recently renovated to the highest spec. With its neutral decor and large sofas, it is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The large TV has SKY and a DVD Blueray player together with a surround sound speaker system, so you are sure to find something to watch if you fancy it. Enjoy a home cooked meal around the table.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all that you will need: Instant boiling tap, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, Miele dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The house boasts underfloor heating throughout, as well as air con in the Living area and Master bedroom (a rare find in London, especially in a period property.) There is a Sonos music system to enjoy.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Go up a short flight of stairs from the main reception area to a guest bathroom. Then up another short flight there are two guest bedrooms, both with king beds. The master is up at the top of the house with an ensuite and panoramic glass (with electric blackout blind) leading onto the roof terrace. (N.B. the mattress has recently been replaced with a brand new high spec one after we received some feedback about it being too soft.)
There is also a toilet (and utility area) off the entrance hall.
Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.
Guests will have access to the entire flat. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.
We will ensure that there is someone onsite upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. We are always on hand to make your visit as enjoyable as possible, and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile so please don't hesitate to drop us a line or an email. Pimlico Tube station is located less than a 5 minute walk away. Pimlico is on the fast Victoria Underground Line.
Or you can take a pleasant 12 minute walk up to Victoria train station. (Circle and District Line, Victoria Line)

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.
**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!
***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
