The property is located on the 1st floor and consists of 2 bedrooms (2 double bed), 2 bathrooms (En-suite), a fully equipped kitchen, a modern living room and dining area up to six guests. Ideal for a family or 2 couples. This quiet and modern apartment is the perfect place to stay if you plan to explore London as you will enjoy easy access to any part of the city.

The district of Mayfair is famous for its wide variety of cafes, restaurants, and pubs. You are also within an easy walking distance from some of the best London´s tourist attractions (Hyde park, Kensington gardens. Buckingham Palace, etc).

Living and Eating:

The living room is light with comfortable seats including a large sofa. A flat screen TV with Freeview is yours to enjoy throughout your stay.

The dining area is equipped with seating for up to six guests. The kitchen is well equipped including microwave, kettle, oven, fridge etc.

The sofa in the living can be converted in a comfortable bed up to 2 guests.

There is WiFi throughout the whole flat.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Master bedroom: a good sized bedroom with double size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom (with Italian shower, no bath).

Second bedroom: A decent sized room with double size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom (with Italian shower, no bath). 

Sofa bed: The flat is equipped with a large sofa bed in the living room

There are two bathrooms in the flat. Both of them are En-suite. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.

Guests will have access to the entire flat. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

 There is 1 flight of stairs leading up to the flat. There is not a lift.

We will ensure that there is someone onsite upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. We are always on hand to make your visit as enjoyable as possible, and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile so please don't hesitate to drop us a line or an email. Whether you need help with the house, a recommendation or somewhere to leave your suitcase, we are here to help!

The flat is situated in Mayfair - this is the place to be if you are visiting London, in fact you might say, it’s the ‘crème de la crème’ of London locations! City life awaits you in every direction, bursting with restaurants, fabulous sights, history and culture. Hyde Park, huge green space, home to Diana Memorial Fountain, with boating and swimming in the Serpentine lake is on your doorstep! 20 minutes walk to the South and you will reach Buckingham Palace. You are also 2 Tube Stations away from the trendy district of Soho where you will find numerous shops and ¨in vogue¨ restaurants and pubs.

With Marble Arch Underground Station 1 minute away by foot, reach easily and quickly any part of UK´s Capital. If you wish to use a car, the A4202 (Park Lane) is less than 2 minutes away from the apartment. Paddington train station, from which you can catch trains to Bath and Oxford, is 20 minutes away by walk and less than 5 minutes' ride in a taxi.

Important

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
