Living and Eating
The flat have welcoming living room with wood accents - the floor, the dining table and chairs. Living space consist big comfy sofa and armchair, coffee table and flat-screen TV. Dining space in the same room and is can provide a seat up to 4.
The kitchen is light, minimalistic and fully equipped with a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an oven and a fridge.
Bedroom and Bathroom
The flat has 2 double bedrooms with a lot of natural light. There is one bathroom equipped with a cabin shower.
Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.
Guests will have access to the entire flat. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.
We will ensure that there is someone onsite upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. Relax and unwind in Vauxhall Park which is only 4 minutes away from the property. Enjoy a cricket match in The Kia Oval (8 minutes away by foot) or visit the iconic Kensington Park (13 minutes away).
If you find yourself out late at night, then London Night Tube services are now running on the Victoria line which operates the nearby station Vauxhall. The Night Tube is a 24-hour service on Fridays and Saturdays.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.
**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!
***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
