The nearest bus stop is Shrewsbury Road Brunel Estate (Stop N), just around the corner from the property. The B412 Westbourne Park Road is also right by the house if you're travelling by car.

The living room is beautifully decorated with two lush blue velvet sofas and stunning art deco geometric wallpaper. The room is flooded with natural daylight thanks to the large windows on offer. There is also a fireplace at your disposal for those cold English nights! The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a coffee machine, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and hobs.The dining area is furnished with a stunning wooden dining table and can seat up to 6 guests making it the perfect place to gather among friends & family.
Should you wish to enjoy your morning coffee with fresh air or dine alfresco, the ground floor balcony and lower ground floor courtyard are furnished with outdoor seating. They are accessible via the dining room and down a short spiral staircase.

The master bedroom is on the lower ground floor: a quiet, cosy bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub and an over-bath shower.
The second bedroom is on the lower ground floor: a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed.

All guests will have to allow access for viewings for potential tenants, but the disruption will be kept at a minimum. We will inform guests about timings for these as soon as possible in advance.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.
**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!
***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
