Welcome aboard Spirit of Vivien, a houseboat moored at St Katharine Docks Marina in East London. Attractions nearby include the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Tower Hill Underground Station is a 10-minute walk away, providing great transport links across the city. Set across 2 decks, the vessel offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan living area, a kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a viewing deck. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided.

UPPER DECK
The open-plan living area is furnished with built-in sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a cafetiere, a coffee machine, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and gas hobs. The outdoor dining area can seat up to 4 guests.

LOWER DECK
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. There is a second shower room at your disposal. Bathroom essentials are provided, including towels and toiletries. There are additional shower facilities available onsite at St Katharine Docks Marina.

VIEWING DECK
The viewing deck is located above the upper deck and offers stunning views of St Katharine Docks Marina.

 

Guests will have access to the entire houseboat. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

We will ensure that there is someone onsite upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. Tower Hill Underground Station is a 10-minute walk away, servicing the Circle and District lines. The nearest bus stop is St Katharine Docks (Stop TN). If you're travelling by car, the A100 Tower Bridge Road is just around the corner and there is pay-and-display parking nearby. If you’d like to explore the city by bicycle, there is a Santander Cycles bike sharing station just down the road from the boathouse.

*Please note, that the property is fitted with noise detection device.
Please be aware that the water on the boat is non-potable and is not for drinking. As such, please ensure that you bring your own drinking water. Also, kindly note that the WiFi is provided by the Marina, which is free to use but requires an initial registration.

We will be in touch to offer you assistance with airport transfers and in-stay services, such as in-stay cleans and linen changes. If there is anything that has been missed out or if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch. All feedback is appreciated.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
