Chelsea is one of London's most upmarket residential neighbourhoods. The area offers an array of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and attractions. The Saatchi Gallery is a 10-minute walk away. Duke of York Square with its shops, restaurants and weekly food market, is also 10 minutes away. King's Road and it's exclusive boutiques is under a 5-minute walk away. Further afield, London's best museums are a 15-minute walk away including the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Science Museum and the Natural History Museum. Knightsbridge, Harrods & Harvey Nichols are also a 20-minute walk away. The banks of the River Thames are a 10-minute walk away, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll and take in the stunning views across the city. Hyde Park is a 20-minute walk away and is home to Kensington Palace & Gardens, the Serpentine Gallery and the Diana Memorial Playground. Dining recommendations from the homeowners include The Builders Arms (2-min walk away) for a quintessentially English pub experience, Rabbit (4-min walk away) for modern European cuisine and Scalini (10-min walk away) for authentic Italian dishes.

Sloane Square Underground Station is a 10-minute walk away, servicing the Circle and District lines. The nearest bus stop is Chelsea Old Town Hall (Stop KL) and is a 3-minute walk away, servicing buses that go directly to Sloane Square, Liverpool Street, Waterloo, Finsbury Park and Oxford Circus. If you’re travelling by car, the A3217 King’s Road is just around the corner from the house. Regarding parking, there is a small space for a compact car immediately outside the front door, but cars must be parked on the paving and not the cobbled bricks or a parking ticket will be issued by the council. The car must also only be parked in front of the house door and not overlap with any of the neighbours' houses. There is also pay-and-display parking nearby at a rate of £6.07 per hour.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.

A wonderful house in a perfect location, a quick and easy walk to the Kings Road, with a great range of local shops and eateries even closer. Step outside your door for your morning coffee! Easy and efficient check in and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
