Living and Eating

The living room is tastefully decorated and stylish. It features a luxurious electric reclining sofa, and flat screen TV with 50+ channels and radio, a compact dining table, plus plenty of books, games ,and DVDs to keep entertained should you fancy a cosy night in.  The kitchen is fully equipped & contains everything you need to cater for yourselves, including an oven with grill and brand new hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster and kettle. Extras include a George Foreman grill and a Krups Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine, which can make pretty much everything from Americano Espresso and even hot chocolate.

Bedroom and Bathroom:

Master Bedroom - The bedroom consists of a beautiful and very comfortable King sized bed, a flat screen TV, alarm clock, plus ample storage space. Plenty of coat-hangers are provided too. Two hairdryers are available for you.

The bathroom is recently refurbished with a beautiful tiling job. There is fantastic pressure in the shower to keep you fresh, plenty of storage space, a shaving point for electric razors and a large mirror to help you get ready for that all important night on the town or business event. There is also a large heated towel rail, plus shampoo & shower gel is available and will be provided.

Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.


Guests will have access to the entire flat. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

The Area

In terms of the local area, you really could not be better located. The property is situated in the City of London, just a few minutes’ walk away from one of London’s most famous landmarks, St Paul’s Cathedral. The Tate Modern art gallery & Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre are also close by.
Nearby Fleet Street offers pretty much every service that one may need, with plenty of bars, shops restaurants, supermarkets & local banks literally two minutes away. If you want a traditional British pub meal, we’d recommend the Cheshire Cheese pub a Fantastic tourist pub that’s within walking distance.

Public transport in the local area is very convenient. One of the wonderful things about this part of London is that it’s one of the few areas where you can still regularly see London’s famous routemaster buses, and the number 15 is one such bus that stops a very close by. In addition there are plenty of other non-stop bus services that can take you to the rest of the city and the West End.

City Thameslink railway station is also just a few minutes away, perfect for connecting to international airports via both Gatwick and Luton Express trains.

Nearby London Underground stations include St Paul’s Station, Chancery Lane & London Blackfrairs.

If you find yourself out late at night, then London Night Tube services are now running on the Central and Picadili lines. The Night Tube will be a 24-hour service on Fridays and Saturdays.

If there is anything that has been missed out or if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch! All feedback is appreciated.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.

The train station to go to Gatwick is 10min away by walk.

The check-in was very good. I got all the information I needed. The flat has all you need, towels, soap, etc.
