Despite its' prime location, the house is incredibly quiet and peaceful. The property is perfect for a big family, four couples or a group of friends visiting London. With Shepherd's Bush Tube Station a short 2-minute walk away, you can access any part of London within the blink of an eye. If you wish to use a car, the A3220 is less than 2 minutes away from the house. This stylish property is the perfect place to stay if you plan on exploring London as you can enjoy easy access across the city.
Living and Eating
The living room is flooded with natural daylight thanks to the large windows. It is also complete with comfy sofas, comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, a fantastic DVD collection and a wide range of books. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, a fridge and electric hobs. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the perfect place to enjoy a sociable dinner amongst friends and family. The table can also be extended and accommodate up to 10-12 guests.
You can access the backyard patio via the kitchen/dining area. The patio is a charming outdoor space where you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee!
There is also a stunning rooftop terrace which can be accessed via the top floor and is the perfect place to relax and unwind while taking in the views of the surrounding area.
Bedroom and Bathroom
Master bedroom: Bright bedroom with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, comfortable desk space and an en-suite bathroom complete with a cabin shower.
Second bedroom: Light and comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
Third bedroom: Spacious bedroom with twin beds and a chest of drawers.
Other sleeping areas: There is also a double sofa bed suitable for 2 adults, located in the living room.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house. The Master bedroom en-suite bathroom is equipped with a cabin shower. The second bathroom is complete with a bathtub and an over-bath shower.
Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.
Guests will have access to the whole house. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property. There are 3 flights of stairs within the property.
We will ensure that there is someone in the house upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. ** Please note that the owner's housekeeper visits the property every Wednesday to tend to the garden, the terraces and the flowers. She also collects the post for the owners. We hope you won't mind her visits, please do let us know if this causes any inconvenience.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.
**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!
***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3 PM is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that, you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
