Living and Eating
The living room is flooded with natural daylight thanks to the large windows. It also has comfy sofas, comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, a fantastic DVD collection and a wide range of books. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, a fridge and an electric hob. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the perfect place to enjoy a nice dinner amongst friends and family. The table can also be extended and accommodate up to 10-12 guests.

You can access the backyard patio via the kitchen/dining area. The deck is a charming outdoor space where you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee!
There is also a stunning rooftop terrace which can be accessed via the top floor and is the perfect place to relax and unwind while taking in the views of the surrounding area.

Shepherd's Bush Tube Station (servicing the Central line) is a short 2-minute walk away, allowing you to access any part of the city within the blink of an eye! The nearest bus stop is Shepherd's Bush Green/Uxbridge Road (Stop U) servicing the following buses: 72; 220; 237; 272; 283. If you wish to use a car, the A3220 is less than 2 minutes away from the house.

** Please note that the owner's housekeeper visits the property every Wednesday to tend to the garden, the terraces and the flowers. She also collects the post for the owners. We hope you won't mind her visits, please do let us know if this causes any inconvenience.
Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.
There is WiFi throughout the entire house.
We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.
**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!
***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3 PM is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that, you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
It is very clean, well appointed and very centrally located.
So it makes a nice oasis while still being in central London with easy access to most things.
The place is clean and nicely furnished. The layout is compact but not cramped.
