Just a few minutes walking from the London Eye, River Thames and Waterloo station, this spacious and light flat offers a very comfy accommodation for up to 4 people. 2 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a wide living room and a kitchen equipped with everything you could need. The location is ideal for exploring all London has to offer. A balcony and private parking are the cherry on the cake!

A two bedroom flat located in one of the most beautiful areas of London. 
It is situated on the first floor of a classic and elegant building. Waterloo station (train and underground) is a 4 minute walk from the house. Waterloo station has access to 4 UNDERGROUND LINES (Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern, Waterloo & City) you will be able to reach every corner of London within minutes!

Living & Eating

The spacious living room benefits from lots of light and has access to a nice balcony. It also contains a big sofa, a flat screen TV and a dining table with four chairs. There is a fully furnished kitchen, including toaster, microwave, kettle, washing machine and drying rack, fridge/freezer. 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Both the bedrooms offer a king sized bed with orthopedic mattresses, a lot of closet space and very wide windows. High quality linen and towels are provided.

Master bedroom: Largest bedroom with huge wardrobe space. There is an en-suite bathroom with a very good sized shower. 

Second bedroom: Slightly smaller bedroom with a king sized bed and hanging space in a cupboard. 

Bathroom: Tastefully decorated with bath and shower. Every room has its own bathroom. They both have US-EUROPEAN plugs for electric razors or toothbrush. You do not need to bring shampoo or other shower products as these are provided.

Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer.

Guests will have access to the entire flat. We will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

We will ensure that there is someone onsite upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. We are always on hand to make your visit as enjoyable as possible, and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile so please don't hesitate to drop us a line or an email. Waterloo area is not famous only because of the big station. Just a few steps away, you can easily reach the Thames river, the London Bridge and the London Eye. By crossing the river you can quickly reach the Westminster area, the Big Ben and the parliament. The whole area around Waterloo is famous because of the street art grafitti, the National Theater and the Shakespeare's Globe. Within a 20 minutes walk you can also reach the Imperial War Museum and the Borough Market, that attracts visitors from all over the world for its fresh products and street food.

The flat is brilliantly located for transport connections.

*Please, be advised there is an open access to roof terrace, but make sure that the door will not close behind you or ensure you have a key for it.

Please note there is one flight of stairs to reach the flat.

There is Wifi throughout the whole flat.

If there is anything I have missed out or if you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to get in touch!

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: 

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
