The property is located on the lower ground floor and consists of 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 1 double bed), 2 bathrooms (the master has an en-suite), a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room and dining area and a garden. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Linen, towels, TV, and WiFi.

Welcome to Notting Hill, one of the most famous districts of London! The apartment is a well designed, ideally situated, 2 bedroom flat (sleeping up to 4 people) - with a cosy garden. Perfect for small family or two couples visiting London. Stay in the UK capital in style!

With Notting Hill Underground station 8 minutes away by foot, reach any part of London in the blink of an eye. If you wish to use a car, the A4206 is less than 2 minutes away from the apartment. This quiet and charming apartment is the perfect place to stay if you plan to explore London as you will enjoy easy access to any part of the city.

Westbourne Grove, famous for its wide variety of cafes, restaurants, and pubs, is a couple of minutes' walk from the flat. Farmacy, one of London's best Vegan restaurants, and Jusu Brothers, a fantastic Japanese fruit juice bar, are particular highlights.

Living and Eating

The living room is spacious and light with comfortable seating including a large sofa. A flat screen smart TV with Freeview is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. 

The garden is a lovely place to enjoy a drink on a summer's evening. You can access the garden from the master bedroom.

The dining area is equipped with seating for up to four guests. Perfect to enjoy a sociable and relaxed dinner. The kitchen is well equipped including microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, fridge etc.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Master bedroom: a good sized bedroom with king size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom (with Italian shower, no bath). Enjoy direct access to the private garden from this room. 

Second bedroom: A decent sized room with double bed. 

There are two bathrooms in the flat. The larger bathroom is an en-suite of the master bedroom and has an Italian shower (no bath). The second bathroom has a bath and over-bath shower.

Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hairdryer.

Guests will have access to the whole flat. One of our team will always be on hand to check you in personally, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property. There is a short flight of stairs leading down to the flat. There isn’t a lift.

We will ensure there is someone at the flat on your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help settle you in. We are always on hand to ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible. Paddington train station, from which you can catch trains to Bath and Oxford, is ten minutes' ride in a taxi.

We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets 
-  No candles 
-  Dispose of rubbish appropriately
-  Keep the property clean and tidy  
-  Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected 
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building 
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space 

 Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost 

*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. 

**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! 

***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
