LIVING & EATING
A bright and spacious living room featuring a comfortable sofa and a pair of wool tweed-covered armchairs will make you feel instantly warm and relaxed as you return home from a long day of London sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need to whip up a lovely home-cooked supper or a leisurely breakfast to enjoy at the large dining table, which will seat six, or perhaps you'd like to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the birds chirping away outside on the private patio.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
An ideally proportioned and gracefully designed master bedroom, containing a UK king-sized bed (5ft wide), will be perfect for a couple and has its own ensuite designer bathroom with a large shower and WC washbasin. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The newly refurbished main bathroom contains a massive bath with an overhead shower, WC and washbasin.

ACCESS & LAYOUT
This home is set across two floors through a white-pillared entrance at street level. You will find the living, dining and kitchen areas on the upper ground level. Located down one flight of stairs on the lower ground level, you will find two bedrooms, bathrooms, and a private patio garden, where four chairs and a table invite you to sit and enjoy the outside.

Keen Thespians will find the Royal Court Theatre on Sloane Square and the Apollo in Victoria. On Saturdays at the nearby Duke of York Square, a gastronomically cosmopolitan food market, and the French Farmers market in Ebury Square will hold all foodies in their thrall on Sunday. We stayed at Guy’s place for 8 days in Sept 2023 (four adults). Kudos to Guy and the property managers for quickly addressing an early issue with the flat, their concern and fast response set the tone for the entire week. The flat is large, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Kitchen is well equipped, and the bed (at least in the master) was very comfortable. Both bathrooms are large and modern, with plenty of hot water and great pressure (charge your razor of use the hair dryer elsewhere, as there is no electric in either). Relaxing in the living room after a full day of London activities was a welcome end to each day. And lastly we were there during a rare UK heat wave, and the indoor temperatures reflected that (very warm!). But otherwise, the location is unbeatable, with both Victoria Station or Sloan Square a short walk away. Easy access to the entire city. I would definitely consider booking this apartment again next time we visit

A wonderful flat for our family’s vacation to London. Very clean and cozy without being too small. Good space for our family of four (with two teenage daughters) to spread out. The updated bathrooms and kitchen were ideal. We loved the location—10 min walk to Victoria Station, 20 min to Buckingham Palace, etc. The neighborhood cafes were wonderful too! We were very happy to find this flat!!

This was our second time renting the Winchester Street property and our third time renting with this agency. We really like the location. It's close to restaurants, pubs, shopping, and transit, yet on a quiet street. Having the bedrooms on the bottom floor means no sounds from upstairs at night. The price was reasonable and the communication with the team was excellent. We look forward to our next visit to London and we will surely rent from this agency again!

This was a wonderful location. Very short walk to Victoria station. The apartment was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. There were a number of markets and restaurants nearby. We are a family of 4 and easily had enough space. The backyard patio was a total bonus. The only hiccup we had was during check in. The keys have to be obtained from a nearby shop which would have been no big deal but we were given an incomplete set of keys. By the time we realized it our cab was gone and we had to walk back to the shop for a second set. That being said, the staff were very responsive and did their best to help us navigate the situation. Everything was smooth sailing from there.

It was a perfect stay. Due to late arrival we had to change from a personal welcome to a key collection from a locker. But the reservation desk helped us immediately. The apartment was clean and very well furnished. It was very calm esp. at night and we enjoyed the short walk to Victoria Station.

This is a fabulous property! The location is ideal being in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a 10 minute walk to Victoria underground station. After a couple of days we figured out we can take the C10 bus to Victoria from the stop only 1 block away. And we walked to Buckingham in 20 minutes for Changing of the Guard. We stayed here with our 2 children which was perfect with a master bedroom and the second bedroom with 2 beds. And both bathrooms were nice, although the master bath is a little tight and the lighting is challenging. The kitchen is stocked with enough items to make meals (a nice full grocery is only a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of bags in the flat to use for carrying your purchases). The combined washer/dryer was great as it allowed us to pack a lot less clothing. We had good weather (not too hot), but there is no aircon, so it was a bit warm. But we knew that when we booked and the fans provided in the 2 bedrooms helped a bit. The nights were cool, but with no screens on the windows we were a bit worried to sleep with them open. The private patio looked pretty in the pictures, but in reality it was difficult to use as the birds were quite busy making a mess. I cleaned the table intending to use it for dinner, but within 15 minutes it was dirty again. I might suggest the owners invest in an umbrella for the table. The property management was absolutely terrific! Very professional and accommodating. Since our flight arrived early they were able to accommodate us dropping our bags so we could enjoy London on day 1 and return later when the cleaning was complete. All in all, this flat was exactly as advertised and was a great place for our family. Highly recommended!
